Convenience stores, gas stations and grocery stores appear here because a surprising share of American pizza is sold by the slice or as hot whole pies from a warmer next to the register, especially in small towns and along highways. These are counter-service, cash-or-card, in-and-out stops with long hours, often 24 hours at highway locations. Made-to-order pizza at a gas station takes 10-15 minutes and is usually cheaper than a pizzeria pie; the quality varies by chain and by store. Grocery-store pizza is sold hot from the deli, cold as take-and-bake, or frozen by the aisle.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. Typical hours are 2–9 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach Oui chef pizza truck at (973) 563-4696; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Customers rate it 4.9 out of 5 on Google across 120 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded gas stations in Carlstadt.
Carlstadt is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Carlstadt is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New Jersey's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

From the moment Alex and his family arrived, they were nothing short of amazing. They treated our party like it was their own, paying attention to every little detail and making sure everything was absolutely perfect. The setup was beautiful, professional, and completely stress-free. And the pizza… honestly, it was some of the best we’ve ever had. Fresh, authentic, and absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it and they definitely couldn’t stop eating it! We had so many people asking who catered the food. If you’re considering booking Alex and his family for your event, don’t hesitate. They exceeded every expectation and truly helped make our celebration unforgettable. Thank you for everything we can’t wait to have you back again!

Outstanding pizza and such friendly owners!!! The Margherita is 10/10. Crispy bottom and the perfect sauce and cheese ratio. Absolutely recommend for a private event or going to whatever event they are at!

Oui Chef Pizza truck was a huge hit at my birthday party. The pizza was delicious, all of our guests loved it. Their set up looked really nice as well. I had a party of about 75 people and they did a great job keeping up with having enough pizzas out for everyone throughout the night. Their pizza topping options were awesome too, they had a great selection I was able to choose from for the party menu! It was the perfect decision to have at our party. 10/10 would recommend.

Honestly I was really impressed with the taste of the pizza. They also gave a sample of the tiramisu. Legit taste. You in the mood for some oven style personal pizza? Check em out. I tried the Margherita pizza and the Hawaiian style pizza. Honey isn't spicy at all (a topping of the Hawaiian pizza). Very tasty. Clean. Crust was delicious. It's a food truck location. People are super friendly. And there's a chill environment. They had outdoor seating. I came around 9pm. Pro-tip: you can call and place the order for pick up if you're short on time or can't wait.
